The chain of anti-slip crampons is usually made of 304 stainless steel. This is because 304 stainless steel has high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can maintain good performance under wet and cold conditions. The relatively low corrosion resistance of 201 stainless steel may not be sufficient for anti-skid crampons.
